We want you to be satisfied with TrakMyToys. This policy outlines when refunds are available and how to request one. All subscriptions are managed through Stripe.
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle and are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time through your account settings, and your access will continue through the end of the current billing period. No partial refunds are issued for unused days.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase date. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the annual term. You may still cancel to prevent renewal at the end of the term.
The free tier has no charges and requires no refund request to cancel. Simply stop using the Service or delete your account at any time.
If you downgrade from a paid plan to a lower tier or free plan mid-cycle, no partial refund is issued. The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to issue refunds outside of this policy at our discretion for exceptional circumstances (e.g., a billing error on our part). Accounts terminated for violating our Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
