Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account or using TrakMyToys (“the Service”), operated by Galyen Consulting LLC, operating as TrakMyToys (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating your account. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your password
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
  • Impersonate another person or entity

4. Subscriptions & Billing

TrakMyToys offers a free tier and paid subscription plans (Starter, Garage Pro, Fleet). Paid plans are billed through Stripe on a monthly or annual basis.

  • Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you retain access until then
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days’ notice

5. Refund Policy

Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Annual subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the initial purchase. To request a refund, contact us via the contact form. See our full Refund Policy for details.

6. Data Ownership

You retain full ownership of all data you enter into TrakMyToys — your vehicles, maintenance logs, documents, and records belong to you. We do not claim any rights to your data. We use your data solely to provide and improve the Service. See our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is stored and protected.

7. Intellectual Property

The TrakMyToys name, logo, design, and software are owned by Galyen Consulting LLC, operating as TrakMyToys, and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recall data from third-party sources (e.g., NHTSA) is complete or up to date.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrakMyToys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, after which it cannot be recovered.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
